Hi there!
I ordered a JR Pass last Wednesday and it was scheduled to arrive last Friday which was perfect. However it got delayed and as of today, Monday 8 May, I don't have any delivery date confirmed by UPS.
I am leaving Wednesday 10 May for Japan in the morning. Which only leaves tomorrow for UPS to deliver my pass.
Do you have more information on my delivery than I do? What can I do if it does not arrive before I leave to Japan?
My JR Pass order is #1881146.
