I just purchased the JR Pass on April 21st.
I requested it be sent to my hotel in Narita. I arrive on 27 April.
Is this enough time for the passes to be delivered?
Will I then be required to swap these passes for a proper pass at Narita Station?
I am travelling during Golden week - how far in advance do I need to reserve my tickets on the shinkansen?

Yes, it should arrive on time.
You can then activate your JR Pass at Narita Station, or many other major stations in Japan. For reservations during Golden Week, we suggest 2-4 days ahead of time.
