I would like to check if there is a direct shinkansen from hakata to kyoto station and how much is it?

I saw there is the sanyo sanin northern kyushu pass which covers nozomi, does that cover from hakata to kyoto? As we prefer not to change at shin osaka due to travelling with an infant.

Hi there,

The Sanyo-San'in Northern Kyushu Pass would only cover the Shinkansen up to Shin-Osaka.

However, you could remain on board and just pay for the little extra time to Kyoto. I believe this would be around 1.000yen, but best to enquiry at the station.

Kind regards,
Daniel
