Hi! Me and my wife are planning to visit Japan and our trip starts in Kumamoto. We plan to move from Kumamoto to Beppu, followed by himeji Osaka. From osaka we plan to do day trips to kyoto and come back at night. Next we plan to travel from Osaka to Tokyo. While in Tokyo we are planning one more day trip to Mt fuji. Are all these locations covered by the pass.
My agent says that Kumamoto is not covered but, all online sources say it is covered so I am confused

A Nationwide JR Pass would be the most suitable pass for your extensive itinerary, as it covers all your long-distance journeys between Kumamoto, Beppu, Himeji, Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo.
Please note that for your day trip to Mt. Fuji, the pass only covers you up to Otsuki Station or Odawara Station, so you would need to purchase a separate ticket for the final leg.
