Greetings!
I have purchased the Kansai wide area pass here and my first landing airport is Narita airport. I would like to know if I can exchange, activate and reserve seat at Narita for my upcoming train riding that will take place at Kansai airport since I have very tight schedule to catch the train after my second flight arriving at Kansai airport.

Hi there,
The Kansai passes can only be activated within the Kansai Area. The best thing would be to do so at Kansai Airport.
