Can I receive the exchange order electronically?
If not how early would I need to buy them? We are planning to fly there on March 27th.
Also, if we buy the JR pass that starts on 27th, can we retrieve the pass on 28th if we cannot make it on time?

Hi Akrie,
The JR Pass is a physical ticket and therefore can't be received by e-mail.
Our delivery takes a few days, and with a March 27th departure, you have plenty of time to order.
The pass can be activated at any date within 3 months after purchase, so doing so on the 27th or 28th is completely fine.
