Many thanks for the quick delivery of the pass.
I need your advice on the best usage of it.

My itinerary is as under,
Arriving on 24th April 920 at Haneda
24/25/26 at Tokyo (I have booked a Tokyo Subway Pass)
27/28/29 Stay at Gotemba to explore Gotemba, Hakone, and Fuji (I have booked a 3-day Fuji Hakone Pass) which I want to use for travel from Tokyo and within the Fuji Hakone region.
Want to activate JR here to travel to Takayama on April 30th (7 days pass from 30th April to 6th May)
30/1/2 Takayama (I don't know how to make the best use of the pass here)
On 3rd travel to Osaka using JR Pass
3/4/5/6/7/8/9 May at Osaka to explore Osaka and the neighborhood (JR expires on the 6th)
Any other pass I should consider here?
10th May departure from Kansai International.

My queries:
1. Is the itinerary proper? you may suggest changes
2. Where and when can I activate the pass if I am to use it from 30th April
3. Can I activate it in advance to save time but be used from the desired date
4. How do I make reservations in advance and how early can reservations be done
5. How do I use the pass in the Takayama region
6. Any other pass to complement the existing ones
7. Any app I should have to understand routes and lines
8. Do recommend routes for Gotembe to Takayama and Takayama to Osaka
