For a trip from Hakata to Tokyo, how much more would I have to pay to travel on a Nozomi service?

Hi there,
For a trip from Hakata to Tokyo, a JR Pass holder would need to pay the supplement listed below per person to use the Nozomi train.
JPY 8,140 Non-Reserved Seat
JPY 9,530 Reserved Seat
JPY 16,790 Green Car
