Hi there,
1.) Take the Tokyo Monorail to Hamamatshucho station, this is the last station of the Monorail.
2.) Transfer to the JR Yamanote line to Tokyo station.
3.) At Tokyo station, use a Hikari Shinkansen train to Shin-Osaka.
4.) At Shin-Osaka, transfer to a local train to JR Namba.
