Hi there,
The easest way is to take the Metro to Shin-Osaka, but you can also use JR lines from JR-Namba. Then use a Hikari Shinkansen to Tokyo station.
From Tokyo take the JR Yamanote line to Hamamatsucho station and transfer there to the Monorail to Haneda.
