Hi,
Could I please check if the JR pass would allow me to travel to the following cities within Hokkaido?
- Niseko
- Otaru
- Noboribetsu
- Asahikawa
I believe the train lines are Hakodate line, Hokuto line, Muroran line etc.

Yes, all the above cities can be reached with the JR Hokkaido Rail Pass.
You can also use local JR lines in cities like Sapporo and Hakodate.
