Hello,
The Osaka-Tokyo Hokuriku Arch Pass doesn't cover the bus to Shirakawa-go.
However, the Takayama-Hokuriku Area Tourist Pass does cover the bus from Takayama Bus Terminal or Kanazawa Station to Shirakawa-go.
To search for routes that are covered by a specific pass, I recommend using Navitime.
