I made a mistake and ordered a 7 day pass, I meant to order a 14 day pass. Is the best solution to cancel and then
re-order?

Hi Tim,
We can either upgrade your pass and charge the difference, or you can cancel and get a new pass.
That's assuming your pass was not yet dispatched, please contact our support team to arrange the upgrade.
