Incorrect hotel address on order

Hello Daniel,

I accidentally put the wrong hotel address for my JR pass delivery. I have sent an email to support regarding this issue with the correct address. Is it possible to fix this?

Additionally, are middle names required on JR passes?

Was your pass dispatched already? If not, then it would be easy for us to update. Let me know your order# and I can go and have a look.

Middle names are optional.

Thank you for the response! I have not received an email that it has dispatched yet. I arrived in Tokyo this morning and will be at my current hotel until May 13.
