do i have to pay extra fee or surcharge to ride on:
1) JR 特級ﾜｲﾄﾞﾋﾕﾀﾞ (wide view #1 ) from Nagoya to Takayama (歧阜縣 高山市 ) ?
2) JR Takayama Honsen?
