Hi there,
Last Sunday we ordered several rail passes for our departure this Thursday (18-05). On another forum post I read that rail passes ordered over the weekend would be dispatched on Monday (and elsewhere that railpasses are dispatched within one business day), but we've yet to receive note of the dispatch.
Can we expect our railpasses to be delivered before Thursday still? Our order number: 1902263.
