Hello

My partner & I are travelling to Japan end of August to early September.

Should we invest in a JR pass? Or do you recommend a regional pass?

Here are the travel dates & locations below:

Aug 26 - Haneda airport to Tokyo
Aug 27 - Tokyo
Aug 28 - Tokyo to Odaiba
Aug 29 - Tokyo
Aug 30 - Tokyo to Hakone
Aug 31 - Tokyo
Sept 1 - Tokyo to Kyoto
Sept 2 - Kyoto
Sept 3 - Kyoto
Sept 4 - Kyoto to Osaka
Sept 5 - Osaka
Sept 6 - Super Nintendo World
Sept 7 - Osaka to Nara
Sept 8 - Osaka
Sept 9 - Osaka to Haneda airport

Hello Gloria,

I checked what the best option would be, but am unable to find a pass that would help you make savings. I think buying normal rail tickets makes the most sense.
