With the price increase coming in October, will it be possible to get the old price?
Also, does getting a 7 day pass work with the following itenerary?
Oct 24 - Oct 27 - Kyoto
Oct 27 -> Oct 28 - Kanazawa (Activate Oct 27)
Oct 28 -> Nov 1 - Tokyo
Nov 1 -> Nov 2 - Odawara
Nov 2 -> Nov 4 - Osaka (Last day Oct 2)

It will not be possible to get the old price for passes issued on or after October first.
A 7-day JR Pass would help you make savings if you can complete this route within 7-days.

Wouldn’t I be able to buy the pass 1 month before? So September 27?
If so, would I be able to get them with the old price even though I use them on Oct 27?
