If I book x2 14 day JR Passes before the 29th of September and activate them on the 20th of December 2023, will I still qualify for the old pricing?
Also, I do know that they expire after 3 months so will they still be redeemable?

So is the process as follows?
1) I Purchase the passes today.
2) The exchange forms get mailed to me via courier.
3) When i land in Japan I then submit the exchange form at the designated kiosk for activation and receive my activated pass?
Will book today and include the use day as the 20th.
