Hi,
I'm coming to Japan for 3 weeks and I guess the JR Pass is the only possibility to explore both North Japan to Sendai and South Japan, the Golden route to Hiroshima and travel with Shinkansen and fun trains.
Can I travel from Narita airport to Tokyo or I have to buy a ticket for The Narita Express "N'EX"?
Can I travel around Tokyo to Yokohama and Kawaguchi lake with it?
JR Pass to travel North and South
Hi there,
The Nationwide JR Pass covers the Narita Express and all JR lines in Tokyo (including the Yamanote Line) and Yokohama.
For Lake Kawaguchi, the pass is valid as far as Otsuki Station. You will just need to pay a small local fare for the final stretch on the Fujikyu line. You can check out this Mt. Fuji Travel Guide for more info on things to do!
I hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Mariko
