On 26 July 2023, I ordered a JRPass to be used on 7 August 2023. However, I received an email from JRPass support on 27 July 2023 informing me that my JRPass would be cancelled and refunded. The email stated that:
"Unfortunately, neither of our couriers can deliver to your address in Taiwan. We will therefore cancel and refund your order with us."
When will my JRPass be refunded? I already sent two emails regarding this matter to JRPass support email. I really hope it'll be refunded before I leave for Japan in August
