I am traveling to Tokyo on 29 December 2023, which is the last day of JR Pass exchange order activation before the price increase. However, I had sent an email to JR Pass support at [email protected] to clarify the last day of exchange order activation, they told me that the last day of exchange order active in Japan is 26 December 2023. So, I am confusing. May I know which date should be the correct one? Is it 26 December 2023 or 29 December 2023? Thanks :)

Assuming we issue your order on the 30th this month, then your last day of possible activation is the 29th of December.
