I’m inquiring for my daughter.
She’s currently en route to Tokyo. Her flight should land shortly. I just discovered that she left her real pass voucher at home in the United States. What can she do? Can she get a replacement?

The best thing would be to see if you can sent it to her. Alternatively, you can buy one on arrival and refund the current one (contact us through support to do so).
