My wife and I will be arriving in Tokyo on April 8th; on to Kyoto on April 12th; on to Osaka on April 15th; and returning to Tokyo on April 20th for return flight home.
Can we use Meet and Greet Service at Haneda Airport to help us decide and purchase appropriate JR Pass or Regional pass?

I'm happy to help! Please note that a physical exchange order voucher is required for your trip, which will be delivered to your address in advance. Upon your arrival, our Meet and Greet staff will be happy to assist you with the exchange process at the airport to ensure everything goes smoothly.
As your long-distance travel is fairly spread out, it may be worth considering a regional pass instead. I've listed a few suggestions below that offer excellent value for your specific route.
