Hi, just received my exchange order and my middle name is missing and also has my surname is printed first. Probably being over cautious here but is it likely to be an issue when redeeming at the station?

Hi there,
You will be totally fine activating your pass in Japan! Just make sure your first and last names match your ticket. JR only checks that your first and last names match your passport, so middle names are not required.
