We r both on our 80 th year and coming to celebrate this milestone
We have made all bookings including JR pass for 14 days
Now we need help from your expert to line up our itinerary for these days
We r fit but walking is limited and we do use a cane
We have travelled extensively in our lifetime but now age is a factor to consider
Can u pls help us line up an itinerary starting in the mornings around 10 am and back to the hotel by 6 pm
We have 7 days in Tokyo and 4 days in Kyoto
We love nature and scenic routes
No geisha or tea ceremony or shrines with steps to climb
Just giving u a general idea
Thank u so much and looking fwd to hearing from u

Hi Fatima,
That's wonderful! Congratulations to you both on your 80th birthdays!
For your itinerary, I recommend a 7-day Nationwide JR Pass to cover your long-distance travel, specifically the Tokyo-Kyoto-Tokyo route.
Please be aware that sightseeing in cities like Kyoto and Tokyo often involves extensive walking. To facilitate your exploration, you might find a bus tour beneficial. For example, you could consider tours offered by Hato Bus.
In Kyoto, there are bus tours available as well, such as those offered by WILLER EXPRESS Bus.
I wish you both a truly memorable and enjoyable celebration in Japan!
Kind Regards,
Mariko
