I am from Singapore and planning to travel to Japan on 5 Oct. Is it possible for me to order the JR pass now (to avoid price increase) and then activate when I'm there on 5 Oct?
Also, I intend to travel from Imabari to Osaka with JR pass. Could I take the Nozomi Shinkansen with the JR pass?
