I have sent multiple emails to support@ to check if the payment is received and no reply at all.

Thank you for your message. We generally do not take bank transfer as a payment method on JRPass.com - you may have purchased through a different channel or agent.
Sorry I can't be of more help, the best thing is to contact your point of sale.
