Hi! I travel to Japan next Friday (April 21) and I ordered my JR Pass this past weekend (April 9th). Usually, the service has been pretty quick, but I haven't yet gotten an email that my JR Pass has been dispatched yet - will I get it in time?

You should have gotten your tracking number by now - as I can see it was dispatched.
We have a huge amount of people going to Japan during this Eastern break, which may have delayed your shipment by 1-2 days - but it will arrive well on time for your trip.
