Hi, we are going to Japan in 2 months (end of March). I do not want to pay 31 USD for delivery. Can I pay online and collect the pass at Narita Airport? Or in Tokyo?

Hi there,
Unfortunately you'll need a physical copy of the exchange order, which has to be mailed to you directly. Another option could be mailing the order to any accommodation you'll be staying at in Tokyo: if this is something you're interested in you can contact [email protected] for more guidance.

Thank you for the reply. I see in a previous post there is an option to pay and collect it in Tokyo, but it will be more expensive. Is that correct?
Do you know the price if we buy it there, if the online price is $352.00?
