My Boyfriend and I are going to Japan at the end of October. If we buy the Jr Pass a month before (in September) does the rising price still occur for us?
And Is it possible to have the JR pass for 18days? We don't think paying for 21 days is worth but only having 14 days it not enough. The Pocket Wifi can do 18days, so can the JR pass too?

The JR Pass can be used for 7, 14 or 21 days. You may not need a pass for each day.
