We ordered 4 regional passes, but UPS never could deliver them. The should have arrived during last week.
We live in China and provided the full adress in Chinese to the JR Pass support mail, however it was not registed with UPS (the adress is in english and incomplete on the UPS website when tracking the order).
The UPS website does not allow us to change anything to the order and we have no way of directly contacting them.
Could you please help us ?
We are really afraid for our passes and our holiday.
