Osaka / Day trip to Hiroshima 6/04 - 10/04
Tokyo 10/04 - 13/04
Which passes do you suggest? JR national pass? Or regional ones to save the cost here and there?

With this route in mind, I think a 14-day JR Pass would be the best option. As there is no regional pass here that would match your plan (I've done a full write-up about that here).
