After reviewing the answers to people in similar situations, my wife and I purchased two 21-day JR passes. We sent an email as requested to make sure the issue date would be on or after September 28th, since we will be arriving in Japan on December 27th. Even though we sent our email as soon as we received an order confirmation, we have not received any reply or confirmation that our request has been received. If possible, can we have our order checked to see if there or any issues or delays? Our order # is 2141723.
