Train from Hakata to Tokyo station

Hi! How are you doing ?
I just bought a JR unlimited japan rail travel
1. I want to travel from Hakata station to Tokyo station.
Which train should I use?
(I heard that from October,2023 Nozomi train has been included in JR pass is that true? Or any additional cost if I need to use Nozomi? )

  1. The 2nd route from Tokyo station to Shin-yokohama station. Which train should I take?
