Hi
I'm planning to travel to Tokyo on March 20, I'm from Costa Rica and I think we are not required a visa to enter the country, how or what exactly do I need to get to be eligible for the pass? Is it something they provide me in customs? How does that work?
Thank you.

Hi there,
You will receive a visa on arrival. This is the temporary visitor visa (V), as required for the JR Pass.
For more visa related questions, it's best to ask your local Japanese embassy.
Kind regards,
Daniel
