I bought my JRPass last June 9, 2023. I live in the Philippines and will soon fly to Japan on the 15th. Until now I haven’t received any notice as to when the pass be delivered and how can I track as to where is it not? Thank you very much.

This will be e-mailed to you - to the address provided during the order.
