I've put down the wrong date of use by a month, is it possible to change this?

Hi there,
The JR Pass can be activated at any date within 3 months of issue date. If your planned activation date is outside this timeframe, then please contact our support team for a reissue.

Hi,
The date I intend to use the pass is 26/06/2023.
The date that I have put down is 26/07/2023, one month after the date I intend to use it
