After I purchased my and my husband's JR Passes, my husband lost his passport. He just received a new passport to replace the one that was lost, but the number on his new passport no longer matches the number on his JR Pass. Neither of our passes have been issued yet. How can I correct his passport number before we activate our passes? Thank you!

The passport number is not required when you purchase your pass here on jrpass.com.
