Hi, I have a somewhat urgent question. I am trying to book my Kansai-Hiroshima regional pass, but I am a bit worried: is it sent by email or physical delivery? I am purchasing from Chile, Latin America, and traveling this Saturday, November 7, so if it were a physical delivery, it wouldn't arrive before my trip. Therefore, I'm inquiring whether purchasing this includes receiving a QR code via email to pick up my pass in Japan, or if what I'm buying on this site is actually a physical item that will be shipped to my country.

Yes, the Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass e-ticket will be sent to you by email. You can present this e-ticket along with your passport to exchange and activate your pass at the designated exchange offices listed here.
