is jr pass ok on route koyasan shimoda kyoto

Most of the travel from Haneda to Koya-san is covered by the JR Pass. Do keep in mind that the last part from Osaka/Hashimoto. This is only a minor part though. here is how to access Koya.

The same is true for Shimoda, which requires the usage of the Izukyu Shimado line. Be sure to research the routes in advance. More information can be found here
