Modify name

Hi there,

We do need your first and last name to be correct. If John is your first name and Doe is your last name and Bin Steve your middle or nickname, then it is fine. If they are part of your first/last name, then we'll likely have to issue a new pass for you.

Kind regards,
Daniel

as of writing this, exchange is on the way, do i have to do anything if i need to issue a new pass and will this be part of the cancellation protection?

Hi again,

Yes, it would fall under the cancellation protection policy, but we would still need your old pass returned to us.

Our team will let you know the details by e-mail once the request is started.

Kind regards,
Daniel
