traveling to tokyo,yamanashi and osaka

i would like to check if is worth for me to purchase the pass?

14-16 april 2018
arrived at narita airport to tokyo yaesu station.
will be traveling around tokyo area,ginza area.

16-18 april 2018
will be travelling to yamanaashi,kawaguchiko station
18 april will be back to tokyo yaesu station then will be taking shinkansen to shin osaka.
(which shinkansen can i take using the JR Rail Pass?)

18-20 april 2018
will be in Osaka then to Kansai Airport.

can you advise if need to buy the Pacckage?
