Hi. I have few questions. Our trip will be starting from Narita Airport and will stay in Ueno area from 13 until 15 Feb. We plan to go to Gala Yuzawa as well. On the 16 Feb, we will go to Osaka until 18 Feb, then come back to Tokyo until our flight on the 20 Feb. Which JR Pass I should buy?
Do we buy the N’EX Tokyo Round Trip, Gala Yuzawa and Kansai separately?

For your itinerary it is likely that purchasing your tickets individually would be your best option - I'd suggest doing the second option you mentioned, as in buying the N'EX ticket and then the rest of your trip individually as well, as it is likely that this will be your most cost-effective option.
