How must we do to contact with the personal of support of JR Päss to activate our Pass.
Hi there,
You can activate the JR Pass at Yokohama station or Shin-Yokohama station.
Please make your way there and go the JR Ticket office. The staff there will activate your Japan Rail Pass.
