JR Pass not received after 3 days even with Next Day Shipping, no tracking number as well.

Hello my name is Matthew Lin, and I haven’t received my JR Pass order, nor have I received a tracking number email for 3 days. The order should be under my name and email ([email protected]) for 3 passengers. Is there any way I can get an update on my order? I am leaving to Japan very soon on February 14th.
