Ordered a Jr pass but didn’t get a hard copy? All I have is a order number

All I see over the internet is people getting physical jr pass copy’s but when ordering my pass all I was asked for is a email to send a order number too?
I have a ordering number but will that be enough to get a pass at the train stop place in Japan.
Very unsure what to do.

I am also from Australia and leave in 2 just over two weeks to go to Japan.
