Use of the trolley car in Osaka with the JR Pass?

As the Trolly line is operated by the non-JR Hankai railways, you will not be able to use the pass for this travel I'm afraid. The trolly will cost ¥200-300 per trip depending on distance and you should pay when you disembark, not when you get board.
