Hi Daniel, may I know if the last name of the JR east voucher with wrong order, will the voucher still be okay to transfer to the actual pass when I arrived Japan?

Your names should be correct, while I think in this case it likely won't be a problem, the decision will be made by the person activating your pass.
If you want to be 100% sure, I suggest contact your point of sale and issue a new pass.
