Delivery of voucher to Norway

Hello there! I am traveling to Japan in 7 days, the following Sunday (July 2.).
I just purchased the JR pass as it says delivery to Norway is expected to take 2 days.

But I can't stop thinking "what if" it doesn't show up before we leave. Worst case, is there anything we can do if it doesn't show up in time? I was thinking that we could have a family member email a scan of the document to my phone, but is this good enough?

We always help customers in case of delivery problems, this depends on the exact situations but think of getting a replacement ticket, or refund.

This is very nice to hear. I will have my fingers crossed that we receive the purchase proof in the mail before we leave. If not, I will contact your customer service and find a solution
